For our client we are seeking an experience SharePoint Administrator who is immediately available for an initial 6 month contract.

 

This position is located in Newbury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Navigation for a SharePoint site for a critical program.
  • Ability to create and manage workflow.
  • Ability to create and manage forms.
  • Implement tasks/schedules.
  • Implement calendar framework for team visibility.
  • Implement security where needed into folder structure [and manage this on an ongoing basis].
  • Maintenance.
  • Monitor usage.
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Train the team on use – guidelines.
  • Propose changes.
  • Ensure easy navigation of the site [effective folder structure according to Program requirements
