Corporate Social Responsibility

Concilium Search endeavours to give back to the community in every way it can. In particular, Concilium Search strives to inspire young people to reach their full potential and succeed in life. To achieve this goal, we are working with a young activist and entrepreneur from London, Jeremiah Emmanuel (BEM), who is a shining example of what young people can achieve when they are empowered. Concilium and Jeremiah are working together on a project to deliver this message directly to students in their schools.

Jeremiah started working within his local community at the age of four, campaigning around several issues that affected young people. In 2011 he was elected into the UK Youth Parliament, and later became a young mayor within London. At 13 he founded his own youth organisation One Big Community. He currently runs his own youth consultancy enterprise, EMNL, which has recently worked with organisations including Rolls-Royce Plc, Nando’s and AKQA. In 2017 he was named on the Queens New Year Honour List, awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM), he became the youngest person from a BME background to receive an honour from Her Majesty. Having received co-signs from the likes of Sir Richard Branson, Tinie Tempah, Nick Grimshaw, and more...he continues to be a shining example for all.

In 2018 Jeremiah will be setting out on a school tour across the City of London, sponsored by Concilium Search. The 'INSPIRE' tour sets out to engage with hundreds of young people across dozens of schools! He will be sharing his story about his life, and the steps he has taken to achieve success. Alongside his visits he will be inviting other influential and inspiring people to join him to 'inspire' the students. All of this will be supported by Concillium Search, and will allow hundreds of young people to hear something that could truly make a difference in their lives.
