We’ve Been Touring the UK in Search of our Next Concilium Graduates

Searching for the next world-class consultants

Company News
3rd November 2017

The most important element of our business is the people; we believe in hiring the best candidates and training them to become world-class consultants.

This has been the key to our success so far and pivotal to the continuing expansion of the business.

With 2018 set to be another extremely exciting year for the company we set out on a UK road trip, visiting 5 top university’s career fairs to find the next Concilium employees!

Concilium has a policy of hiring top level graduates from excellent universities

We look for candidates who have not only excelled academically but who have demonstrated sporting success throughout their university career.

This policy has served us well so far, and so we decided to set out to hand pick these individuals from our chosen universities: Leeds, Warwick, UEA, Loughborough and Durham.

Firstly, we prepared some gorgeous marketing materials and tempting freebies to draw the students in:

Our marketing gurus Alice and Emilia, along with 3 of Concilium’s partners Dan, Ollie and Sam, armed with branded pens and water bottles, hit the road in the hope of engaging with hundreds of enthusiastic, bright, students fascinated to hear what the world of recruitment has to offer!

We were not disappointed.

At each fair we did meet hundreds of students, and we were extremely impressed with the level of intelligence and eagerness.

We were presented with many inquisitive questions and were taken aback by the genuine interest in working for Concilium Search.

There were a few individuals at each fair that particularly impressed us and will be in with a very strong chance of joining the company in 2018.

We are opening the applications for the 2018 Graduate programme on Monday and are very excited to receive the applications from the fantastic graduates we met last month!
